Personal Training Options
We recognise that every one of our clients is unique, and all have specific goals and needs in terms of their training. Therefore, we tailor each client’s program to meet those goals and needs.
- One-on-one, two-on-one or three-on-one
- 45 and 60 minute sessions
- Train in our studio, outdoors or in your home
Group Training Options
Group personal training is a great way to get into shape quickly. It offers you
the benefits of one-on-one personal training but allows you to have the fun of
training with others and it also works out far cheaper.
You have the choice of training with a friend/s or we can slot you into a group.
Private Group training is available for groups of 4 or more
Prices start from $15 per session per person.
We offer a variety of classes that are run in different locations around Sydney :
- Boxing circuits
- Boot camps
- Running groups
- Strength circuits
- Speed and agility circuits
Personal training is also available for discount rates for those participating in our group program.
